Dan Eriksen appointed as ACI Customer Service Training



Dan Eriksen has been promoted to Customer Service Training Manager for ACI. This is a new role in our business and has been created to help develop and drive customer service training for the front of house teams across the company. Dan has been with our company for 11 years, both at The White Horse and The Fox and we are delighted to see him take his next step in his ACI journey. He will be leading our Rising Stars programme and the delivery of our customer service module, both of which are central to our business success.
