Most of you will already know Rob as his passion is to get to know his guests and if you haven’t met him yet, you are in for a treat! He’s north Norfolk born and bred, is a real family man and knows every square inch of his beloved north Norfolk and has been General Manager at The White Horse for 9 years.

His energy abounds and he thrives on looking after his guests and his brilliant team of staff, who are included in all aspects of running the business. He is hugely passionate about north Norfolk, The White Horse and good old-fashioned hospitality, and focusing on the things that matter, such as a warm welcome, genuine and conversations. He has a great gift of thinking outside the square to make his guests happy.

The face behind the social channels, he uses this medium to show the so many things The White Horse and north Norfolk has to offer. Nothing pleases him more than the response from posts he gets from guests.
